Booking a training course and general communications with us:

If you have any questions, suggestions or comments, feel free to send it to us. If you contact us, we may (among other things) collect and process the following personal information about you: name, gender (salutation), name of your organization, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and your request. We process this personal data in order to answer your request.

We may process your personal information on the following legal basis: Processing is required to provide you with the service. Processing is required to fulfill a contract that you are subject to or to take action upon your request before concluding a contract. Furthermore, the processing is required for the legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party (see above for these interests), unless other interests or fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of personal data take precedence over these interests.

In general, the provision of your personal information is voluntary, but in some cases this may be required to enter into a contract with us or to receive our services / products as requested by you.

You may have the right to receive a confirmation whether or not you are processing personal information currently being processed and, if so, request access to that personal information.
